Food Truck Team Member (Customer Service & Kitchen Prep)

Position Overview:

We're looking for a reliable, hardworking team member to join our food truck operation. This is a hybrid role that combines front-of-house customer service with back-of-house food prep and production. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced, small-team environment and is willing to jump in wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Take customer orders, handle transactions, and provide friendly, efficient service Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service window Assist with food handling, preparing and bagging orders Assist with food preparation, including ingredient prep and basic cooking tasks Support food production and food prep during production days/hours Help with opening and closing duties (setup prior to opening and cleaning after closing) Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times Work collaboratively to keep service running smoothly and efficiently Opportunity to learn how to bake sourdough

Qualifications:

Prior food service or kitchen experience preferred (but not required) Strong work ethic and ability to stay focused during busy service periods Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced environment Ability to multitask and switch between customer service and kitchen duties Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Food handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)

Compensation:

$15-$18/hr Free meals
