Job Description

•Hourly pay will be based on experience and will be re-evaluated after a "probationary" period. Responsibilities Perform diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced tools to identify issues accurately. Conduct repairs various vehicle systems including engines (gasoline and occasionally diesel), suspension, alignments, brakes, steering components, and more. Execute routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire service, wheel alignments, etc. Use hand tools and power tools efficiently to disassemble and reassemble vehicle components. Read and interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex automotive electrical systems and mechanical issues. Effectively communicate vehicle issues and repairs to office staff so it can be properly and easily explained to customers. Requirements Experience with dealership or independent shop background (3+ years preferred). Experience with automotive electrical diagnostics and repair preferred. Knowledge of/experience with automotive diagnostics tools and schematics. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and automotive repair machinery safely and effectively. Attention to detail in all aspects of vehicle maintenance and repair. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ASE certification or equivalent is preferred but not required.
Pay:
$23.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
