Must have Reynolds & Reynolds Ignite automotive software experience A Team and company attitude to deliver exceptional work to our customer The ability to work with service computer systems Maintain open lines of communication with customers to exceed their expectations Ability to upsell clients on needed repairs and maintenance to optimize dealer revenues Maintain a clean and organized workstation Become a cohesive member of our top performing team At least one year as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar position Professional demeanor and presentation Valid Driver's License GM experience a huge plus but not required Must be able to pass a DMV license check and background check Must be able to pass a drug screening
