5+ Years of Automotive Service/Shop Management Experience Previous B HPH or independent dealership experience PREFERRED, but will consider any professional shop experience Strong understanding of Automotive Diagnostics and Repair procedures Strong Leadership and Team-Building Skills-A Mentor for other staff ASE Certifications Preferred, but not Required Prove ability as a Problem Solver who will identify areas needing improvement, develop solutions, strategies, and procedures to solve them and effectively implement the change to improve profitability and department performance Excellent Communication and Customer Service Abilities.
