Our Express Lane is a high-volume, fast-paced operation modeled after top quick-service shops (Meineke, Pep Boys, Firestone). We offer a wide range of maintenance and repairs so customers can get back on the road quickly and safely. Job Summary We are hiring a skilled and efficient Express Lane Technician to join our busy team. You will perform a variety of quick-turnaround services and light repairs in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. This is an ideal role for a technician who enjoys high volume, teamwork, and the satisfaction of completing quality work every day. Key Responsibilities Perform oil changes, fluid services, and multi-point vehicle inspections. Conduct tire rotations, balancing, and repairs. Replace and service brakes (pads, rotors, calipers). Perform suspension and steering inspections/repairs. Handle exhaust, muffler, and related services. Replace batteries, alternators, starters, belts, hoses, wiper blades, air filters, and bulbs. Perform alignments (if certified/experienced). Diagnose and communicate additional repair needs to Service Advisors. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Follow manufacturer and dealership procedures for all services. Work efficiently to meet productivity and quality goals in a high-volume Express Lane. Requirements 2+ years of automotive repair experience (quick lube, independent shop, or dealership preferred). Strong mechanical knowledge of brakes, suspension, tires, and general maintenance. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. ASE certifications (or willingness to obtain) preferred — especially
