COME RUN A SHOP. WE ARE HIRING EXPERIENCED AUTOMOTIVE STORE / SERVICE MANAGERS AT OUR FLORENCE AND COLUMBIA, SC LOCATIONS.
We are looking for experienced automotive managers who know how to run an auto repair center, lead a team, sell work, control costs, protect gross profit, and produce results. This is NOT an entry-level management position. If you have never managed an automotive repair shop, this position is not for you.

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS
You MUST have: Previous automotive repair shop management experience Strong automotive repair and service knowledge Valid driver's license Experience managing technicians and shop workflow Experience writing, presenting, and selling automotive repair estimates Ability to understand parts, labor, gross profit, sales, and shop performance Strong customer-service and problem-solving skills Ability to lead employees and hold people accountable Basic computer and shop-management software skills Ability to learn, adapt to, and follow new processes

YOUR JOB IS TO RUN THE STORE
You will be expected to take ownership of daily store performance, lead technicians, manage workflow, communicate with customers, review inspections, build and sell estimates, follow up on declined work, protect gross profit, control parts and labor costs, maintain accurate repair orders, resolve customer concerns, enforce company procedures, hold your team accountable, and produce results.

You should be able to walk into an automotive repair center and understand what needs to happen. You should know how to manage a busy shop, communicate with technicians, talk intelligently about automotive repairs, sell needed services, control expenses, manage customers, and keep vehicles moving. You will have support, training, systems, and processes — but you are expected to lead your store.
