Second Shift Lead Technician Schedule:

3:00 PM to 11:00 PM We are expanding our service operation and launching a dedicated second shift. This is an opportunity for the right technician to step into a leadership role and help build a high-performing evening team from the ground up. We are looking for a strong, dependable Lead Technician who can produce, diagnose, assist other technicians, and help maintain the pace and quality of the shop after normal business hours. This is not a basic technician position. We need someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and can be trusted to help keep the shop moving when management is not standing over their shoulder.

Responsibilities include:

Performing diagnosis, maintenance, and repairs Supporting second-shift technicians when they need assistance Helping prioritize work based on parts availability, promised times, and RO status Reviewing carryover work from the day shift Maintaining repair quality and reducing comebacks Communicating repair status and concerns to the Service Operations Lead Helping keep the shop organized, clean, and productive Setting the standard for the second-shift team The ideal candidate will have: Strong diagnostic and repair experience Consistent production history A professional attitude and strong work ethic The ability to work independently Leadership ability without ego Strong communication skills A focus on quality, efficiency, and accountability What we offer: Second-shift schedule: 3 PM to 11 PM Leadership opportunity Strong earning potential Opportunity to help build and shape a new shift Supportive service leadership Room for long-term growth If you are a technician who wants more responsibility, more opportunity, and the chance to help lead a growing service department, we want to talk to you.
