Automotive Technician — Ford Dealership | [City, ST] Sign-on bonus • Consistent 45+ hours of work every week We have more work than we have techs. That's the whole pitch. Our clients dealership runs more than 1000 RO's a month through 30+ bays, and our current techs are turning 50+ hours a week without fighting over the dispatch board. If you're at a store where you're clocking 32 hours and hoping for a good week, this is the fix. We're hiring Automotive Technicians at every level — Entry, B-Level, A-Level, and Ford Senior Master. We'll place you where your skills are today and pay you to move up. What you'll do Diagnose and repair Ford cars, trucks, and Super Duty — everything from maintenance to drivability, electrical, and heavy line Perform accurate multi-point inspections that drive real, honest upsell (our advisors sell what you find) Complete warranty repairs to Ford standards with clean, complete documentation Keep comebacks low and your stall organized What you need Experience as an automotive technician in a dealership or independent shop Valid driver's license with an insurable record Your own hand tools ASE and/or Ford certifications preferred — not required. We'll pay for training and testing. What we're putting on the table Flat-rate pay of $35-$50/hr based on level, certifications, and proven production $10,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for the right tech.
