Automotive Express Service Technician- Holler Nissan of Lexington Holler-Classic Family of Dealerships, an Automotive News Top 150 dealership group has expanded into Columbia, South Carolina with the addition of Holler Nissan of Columbia, Holler

of Columbia, Holler Nissan of St. Andrews, and Holler Nissan of Lexington . The Holler Classic Family of dealerships now has a total of 17 dealerships (and growing!) serving the Columbia, South Carolina and Central Florida markets. We have been proudly family-owned since 1938 starting in Orlando, FL. Our Buy Smart - Be Happy® brand promises include Our Best Price First, Pure and Simple® and Commission-Free Sales. The Express Technician is responsible for performing vehicle repair and maintenance work as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. We have the latest Hunter equipment throughout the shop and service areas. We also have all manufacturer tools organized and catalogued for ease of use. As part of your compensation, you are eligible for a sign on bonus via immediate contribution to a long-term compensation savings account. Please speak with manager during your interview process for details. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable Accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Drain oil from crankcase and refill with required amount of oil. Inspect fluid levels of steering gear, power steering reservoir, transmission, differential, rear axle housings, and shackles Check air pressure of tires Lubricate moving parts with specified lubricants Inject grease into units, such as springs, universal joints and steering knuckles, using hand or compressed-air powered grease gun when available Add water to radiator and battery Replace oil and air filters Inspect all vehicles for additional repairs needed Completes thorough MPI inspection and record findings to service advisor Requires walking or standing for an extended period of time

Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance Valid driver's license and a good driving record Two years of experience as a technician's helper or apprentice in an automobile dealership or Automotive Technical School Manual dexterity Good judgment Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Pass background screening requirement Reliable transportation
