Full-time Position Title:
B-Level Technician (Mid-Level Auto Technician)
PAY SCALE
$22
  • 27 depending on experience
  • Overview We're hiring a dependable and motivated B-Level Technician to perform a variety of mid-level vehicle repairs and maintenance tasks.
This role is perfect for someone with a solid mechanical background, looking to expand their diagnostic skills and grow into a lead technician role. Key Responsibilities Perform repairs on brake systems, suspensions, cooling systems, and exhaust. Handle intermediate diagnostics and minor drivability concerns. Replace components such as alternators, starters, sensors, and belts. Conduct vehicle inspections and basic testing procedures. Support A-Level Techs on complex repair jobs. Maintain accurate documentation and follow repair protocols. Keep tools and equipment in excellent condition.
  • Assess vehicles and/or machinery to accurately diagnose and repair issues
  • Liaise with clients to determine their automotive requirements and communicate vehicular defects or problems
  • Provide routine inspections of vehicles and inform clients of any issues
  • Prepare quotes and work estimates as requested
  • Keep an accurate log of all work performed
  • Maintain and clean garage equipment and tools to ensure they are kept in a safe and usable condition at all times
  • Any additional task assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications 3-6 years of automotive repair experience. 3+ ASE certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain). Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and components. Ability to perform accurate work with minimal supervision. HVAC certification is a plus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
