Responsibilities:
Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other basic vehicle maintenance services. Inspect and replace tires, including mounting, balancing, and repairs. Check and top off fluids, including transmission, coolant, and brake fluids. Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and report findings to senior technicians. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Follow safety procedures and guidelines Complies with Company Quality Control Program, Company Safety Policy, OSHA and EPA regulations
Requirements:
Experience in automotive maintenance or willingness to learn. At least 1 year at another tire shop Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Valid driver's license. Basic knowledge of vehicle components and tools (preferred but not required). This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee.
