Overview Join our dynamic team as a Roadside Assistance Technician and become the frontline hero for drivers in need! In this energetic role, you will provide essential support to motorists by delivering prompt, reliable roadside services. Your mechanical expertise and hands-on skills will ensure vehicles are quickly back on the road, helping drivers overcome unexpected breakdowns with confidence. Duties Respond swiftly to roadside assistance calls, assessing vehicle issues on-site and determining the best course of action Perform vehicle lockouts, tire changes, jump-starts, fuel deliveries, and minor mechanical repairs using hand tools and power tools Utilize diagnostic equipment such as ohmmeters to troubleshoot electrical problems accurately Conduct basic vehicle maintenance tasks to ensure safety and operational readiness Maintain detailed records of services provided, parts used, and time spent on each call Communicate clearly with dispatch teams and customers to provide updates and ensure satisfaction Adhere to safety protocols at all times, ensuring both personal safety and that of customers Experience Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience working with vehicles or in automotive repair Familiarity with using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment such as ohmmeters Experience performing vehicle maintenance or roadside repairs is highly desirable Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues efficiently and accurately Strong problem-solving skills combined with excellent communication abilities Prior experience in roadside assistance or emergency vehicle support is a plus but not required Required Personal Vehicle White SUV Or White Pickup Preferred Full Coverage Vehicle Insurance Valid Driver license Smart Phone 3 Ton Low Profile Floor jack & Jack Stands 24 Volt Impact Wench or 4-way lug wrench and/or socket set and breaker bar Jump Box and Or Jumper Cables 2.5 Gallon Gas Can and 5
