As an Automotive A/B Technician , you'll play a critical role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure our customers stay safe on the road. From advanced diagnostics to complex mechanical repairs, you'll use your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality service and dependable results. Since 2006, CS Automotive has been a trusted auto repair and tire shop serving Brentwood, TN on Church Street and surrounding Middle Tennessee communities. We provide complete automotive care including new tires, oil changes, brake repair, diagnostics, and preventative maintenance for cars, trucks, and SUVs. What You'll Be Doing:
Diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive systems including engine, suspension, brakes, steering, and electrical components Perform advanced maintenance services such as alignments, brake repairs, engine diagnostics, and drivability concerns Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately identify vehicle issues and recommend appropriate repairs Complete work efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and clearly document findings and recommendations Collaborate with service advisors and team members to ensure excellent customer experience Maintain shop equipment and ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment Stay current with evolving automotive technology and repair techniques Perform additional duties as assigned to support shop operations and team success What You'll Bring with
You:
2+ years of automotive repair experience (A/B level preferred) Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across multiple vehicle systems Experience with digital inspections and PC-based diagnostic tools ASE certifications are a plus (or willingness to obtain) Valid driver's license required Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods Ability to push, pull, bend, twist, and work in various physical positions throughout the day Must be authorized to work in the United States What You'll Get in
