Job Summary We are seeking an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician to join our Toyota service team. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in diagnosing and repairing complex automotive systems, works efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment, and is committed to delivering top-quality repairs and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on Toyota vehicles Diagnose drivability, electrical, engine, transmission, and HVAC concerns Accurately complete repair orders and warranty documentation Conduct multi-point inspections and recommend needed repairs Stay current with Toyota service bulletins and repair procedures Use Toyota diagnostic equipment and dealership software Maintain a clean and safe work environment Work collaboratively with advisors and other technicians Qualifications A-Level / Master Automotive Technician experience required Toyota dealership experience preferred ASE Certifications strongly preferred (or Toyota T-TEN / Master Certified) Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to meet flat-rate production standards Own professional-grade tools What We Offer Competitive flat-rate pay with strong earning potential Busy shop with consistent workflow Paid training and Toyota certification opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Modern shop with updated equipment Heated and Air Conditioned shop Supportive management and team-focused culture How to Apply Apply directly through Indeed or submit your resume to erin@robertstoyota.com.
