Automotive Lube Technician

Performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy and in accordance with dealership and factory standards. Changes vehicle oil and filters, adds fluids, checks tire pressure as well as inspects for other necessary work. Ensures that customers vehicle is kept clean and notifies the Service Advisor immediately if anything has happened to change the appearance or condition of the vehicle. Participates in manufacturer sponsored training programs, schools, and events. Reports machinery defects or malfunctions to supervisor. Maintains and is accountable for all dealership owned tools and manuals. Complies with all federal, state, and local regulations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know and others. Reports all safety issues immediately to management.

Qualifications:

Mechanical skills. Ability to effectively communicate with others. Proven ability to provide exceptional client experience. Strong time management skills. Strong organization and follow-up. A valid driver's license and ability to maintain an acceptable, safe driving record. .
