Job Overview Join our team as an Oil Change Technician, where your skill for vehicle maintenance and customer service will drive success! In this role, you will perform oil changes and basic vehicle inspections, ensuring our customers' cars run smoothly and safely. Your mechanical skills and attention to detail will contribute to maintaining high standards of automotive care, providing a positive experience for every customer who walks through our doors. Responsibilities Perform oil changes efficiently using hand tools and power tools, adhering to manufacturer specifications and safety protocols Conduct routine vehicle inspections, including checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and basic mechanical components Assist with automotive fluid replacements such as coolant, transmission fluid, and brake fluid to ensure optimal vehicle performance Support minor mechanical repairs and adjustments, including tire service, wheel alignments, and basic mechanical repairs Use automotive diagnostics tools to identify issues and communicate findings clearly to customers or team leads Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored after use Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance when appropriate Requirements Prior dealership or automotive repair shop experience is highly preferred Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools Familiarity with standard passenger cars' operation and maintenance procedures Experience with automotive diagnostics, fluid replacement, tire service, and minor mechanical repairs Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks throughout the workday Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Knowledge of automotive service standards, including oil change procedures, alignment services, and vehicle maintenance protocols Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; dealership or service technician experience is a plus Join us in delivering top-tier automotive care! Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
