This is the place to start your career the right way and grow your options as you learn about our technology, our business and our customers. This is a factory sponsored apprentice program with both on-the-job training to embed skills from real world context and a formal education based in a classroom setting (travel to Cincinnati training center is required). Then you'll focus on one, or all our service specialties: o Performance and Diagnostic o Electrical Diagnostic o Electrical High Voltage Applications o Transmission and Drive-line o Suspension, Steering & Brakes During your apprenticeship, you are a full-time, paid employee who will complete a development program with the support of our coaching technicians and managers. Our agreement with you ensures you receive the following upon successful completion: o Maintenance Certification Level 1 Technical Competency (minimum) o Exert Certification in Engine-Transmission-Electrical-Brakes and Drive-line o No college debt

Minimum Requirements:

o Preferred Applicants would meet minimum community college general education course entrance requirement of 2.8 GPA high school (unweighted) or 22 ACT score. o GED, or High School Diploma o Military Veteran (welcome) o Ability to properly and safely use and maintain common hand tools and electrical testing equipment. o Familiar with Windows and Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook (email) Physical Requirements (times are approximate) Standing 7.5 hours per day Pushing/Pulling 4.0 hours per day Sitting 1.5 hours per day Lifting 1.5 hours per day Lifting up to a maximum of 80 pounds Bending 3.0 hours per day Compensation and Benefits Base hourly rate commensurate with experience.
