Job description Overview Unlimited RV Service and Solar is seeking skilled RV Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in RV repair and maintenance, with real experience in working on all types of recreational vehicles. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional service while ensuring that all repairs and maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. We are looking for the best Techs in the U.S. to join the team! Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on RVs, including but not limited to slideouts, electrical systems, propane systems, hydraulic systems, and plumbing. Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify issues and recommend necessary repairs. In depth troubleshooting on all types of RV appliances, electronics, hydraulic, and water systems. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly about vehicle needs. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of all service requests. Requirements
MINIMUM 3
years direct RV experience in a dealership, service center, or mobile repair. RVTAA, RVIA, or RVTI certified OR an equivalent mix of verifiable experience and education on RVs. Familiarity with all types of RVs and systems. Must be able to troubleshoot given a problem statement, directly from electrical and hydraulic schematics. Ability to use manufacturer data to diagnose problems correctly and completely. Ability to clearly speak and type the English language. A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications related to RV repair are a plus but not required. High school diploma required, GEDs are not eligible. Military, aviation, or trade school a plus but not required. Pay and benefits are commensurate with education and experience. Hourly and flat rate positions available.
