Job Summary Join our dynamic automotive team as a Tire and Lube Technician, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers' vehicles operate smoothly and safely. In this energetic position, you'll perform routine maintenance, tire services, and oil changes with precision and enthusiasm. Your mechanical skills and customer service mindset will help deliver exceptional service while maintaining the highest standards of vehicle care. Duties Conduct tire replacements, rotations, repairs, and alignments to optimize vehicle safety and performance Perform oil changes, fluid top-offs, and other routine maintenance tasks efficiently and accurately Utilize hand tools and power tools to diagnose issues and complete repairs with attention to detail Assist with vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs as needed Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance when appropriate Support the dealership's maintenance schedule by completing service tasks promptly and thoroughly Qualifications Dealership experience or prior automotive repair background is highly preferred Proven mechanic experience with automotive diagnostics and mechanical knowledge Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and vehicle maintenance procedures Experience performing oil changes, tire services, alignments, and general maintenance tasks Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients Ability to lift heavy tires and equipment safely during service procedures Knowledge of automotive service standards and safety protocols Service technician experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering top-tier automotive care!
