About the Role We're a growing independent used car dealership looking for an organized, dependable Operations & Recon Coordinator to manage the day-to-day flow of our inventory, from the moment a vehicle arrives on the lot to the moment it's ready to sell. You'll be the main point of contact for repair status, the mechanic's schedule, the detail schedule, parts ordering, vendor communication, photos, keys, work orders, and outside shop drop-offs. You'll make sure completed vehicles actually get listed for sale so nothing sits idle. Each morning, you'll give leadership a quick rundown: what's ready, what's stuck, what needs budget approval, and what can be advertised today. What You'll Do Track every vehicle in inventory and its repair/recon status Coordinate the mechanic's repair queue and the detailer's schedule Order and track parts, and manage vendor and outside-shop communication Manage work orders, keys, and vehicle photos Make sure finished vehicles get listed for sale promptly Flag issues and cost approvals to leadership daily Keep the whole recon pipeline moving with minimal bottlenecks What We're Looking For Honesty and Integrity is the number one requirement Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Strong communicator who can juggle multiple vendors and moving parts Comfortable using a phone and computer to track schedules, orders, and listings Automotive or dealership experience is a plus, but not required Basic understanding of vehicle repair terminology is helpful Why This Role Matters This is a key role in how we operate day to day. You'll have real ownership over how inventory moves through the dealership, regular interaction with leadership, and room to grow as we grow.
Schedule:
Full-time Bonuses and Raises can be offered based on performance
Pay:
$570.00 - $1,040.00 per week
