Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using advanced automotive electrical systems, schematics, and diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Repair and maintain various vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, powertrain components, suspension, brakes, and electrical systems. Conduct specialized repairs such as diesel engine servicing, ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibration, wheel alignments, and auto body repairs when necessary. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other maintenance tools efficiently to complete repairs with precision. Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electronic problems effectively. Ensure all vehicle repairs meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Requirements Proven experience as a Master Automotive Technician with dealership or independent shop background preferred. Extensive knowledge of automotive diagnostics, electrical systems, powertrain components, and vehicle maintenance procedures. Hands-on experience with ADAS calibration, diesel engine repair, wheel alignment, auto body repair, welding, and GM vehicle systems is highly desirable. Proficiency with schematics interpretation and the use of diagnostic software tools. Strong mechanical skills complemented by familiarity with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and automotive service procedures. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
