What We Offer Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off Short & Long-Term Disability Life Insurance Paid Training & Career Growth Opportunities Employee Vehicle Purchase Plans Long-Term Job Security Discounts on Products & Services What You'll Do Perform repairs and maintenance according to dealership and manufacturer standards Diagnose and repair complex automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, suspension, brakes, and A/C Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and special service equipment Test-drive vehicles and verify repairs for quality and accuracy Communicate with Service Advisors to ensure customers are informed of recommended services Accurately estimate repair timelines and additional service needs Complete warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications What We're Looking For 5+ years of automotive technician experience ASE Certification required A-Level skills (diagnostics, electrical, engine repair) Strong understanding of modern vehicle technology Ability to operate diagnostic equipment and learn new systems quickly Team-oriented with a strong work ethic Positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service Basic computer skills High school diploma or GED required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Why Blake Fulenwider?
