If you take pride in diagnosing issues correctly, fixing them right the first time, and delivering high-quality workmanship, we want to talk to you. Key Responsibilities Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on: Electrical systems Plumbing systems HVAC systems Structural and cosmetic components Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues efficiently and accurately Install and repair RV accessories and appliances Communicate clearly with the office team regarding repair needs and timelines Provide accurate labor and parts estimates Maintain a clean and safe work environment Document work performed and parts used Stay current with evolving RV technology Qualifications Proven experience as an RV Service Technician or similar mechanical role Strong knowledge of RV electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural systems Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Valid driver's license with clean driving record RVTI certification or formal training preferred Compensation & Benefits $25.00 - $35.00 per hour (DOE & Certifications) Bonus opportunities Commission opportunities Employee discount on RV purchases, parts, and service Monday-Friday schedule No nights Work Location In person Aransas Pass, TX 78336 Relocation required prior to start date
