If you take pride in diagnosing issues correctly, fixing them right the first time, and delivering high-quality workmanship — we want to talk to you. We're building a strong, reliable service department and we reward experience, certification, and productivity. This is a Monday-Friday role with no nights, competitive flag-rate pay, and real opportunities to grow your income through bonus and commission. Key Responsibilities Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural, and cosmetic systems Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues efficiently and accurately Install and repair RV accessories and appliances Provide accurate labor and parts estimates Communicate clearly with the office team regarding repair needs and timelines Document all work performed and parts used Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Stay current with evolving RV technology and systems Qualifications Proven experience as an RV Service Technician or in a comparable mechanical role Strong working knowledge of RV electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural systems Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics Strong problem-solving skills and sharp attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage your bay efficiently Valid driver's license with a clean driving record RVTI certification or formal technical training preferred Compensation & Benefits $25.00 - $35.00 per hour based on experience and certifications Bonus and commission opportunities Employee discount on RV purchases, parts, and service Monday-Friday schedule — no nights, no weekends This is an in-person position at our Aransas Pass, TX location.
