Mobile B-Level Fleet Technician

About us We are seeking a motivated, B-Level Mobile Mechanic to join our fleet service team. This isn't a shop job; you'll be out in the field, managing your own pace and ensuring our clients' fleets stay on the road. We provide the schedule and the work orders, but we need a self-starter who can execute the job from start to finish without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities Preventative Maintenance:

Perform high-volume oil changes and fluid services on various fleet vehicles.

Light Repair & Electrical:

Diagnose and repair "the little stuff" that keeps a fleet compliant—headlights, taillights, signals, and basic wiring.

Brake Systems:

Perform brake inspections, pad/shoe replacements, and basic hydraulic repairs.

Inspections:

Conduct thorough multi-point inspections to identify potential safety issues before they become breakdowns.

Field Management:

Maintain a clean mobile work environment and document all completed services accurately.

Requirements & Skills Experience:

Proven experience as a B-Level Technician (solid understanding of mechanical systems beyond just oil changes).

Autonomy:

You must be a self-starter. Once the work is lined out, you are expected to complete the tasks efficiently and correctly.

Adaptability:

Comfortable working outdoors and in various field conditions.

Availability:

Must be willing to work 40 to 60 hours per week depending on the workload and fleet cycles.

Tools:

Must have your own basic set of tools (specialty equipment provided). Why Join Us?
