MUST HAVE MINIMUM 1 YEAR SERVICE ADVISOR EXPERIENCE

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive services and repairs. Your expertise in vehicle maintenance and repair processes will enable you to provide exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will work closely with service technicians to facilitate timely and accurate service delivery. Responsibilities Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs. Provide detailed explanations of services, repairs, and maintenance options. Create accurate service estimates and work orders based on customer requests. Coordinate with service technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of services. Maintain clear communication with customers regarding the status of their vehicles. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-up communications professionally. Keep up-to-date with automotive technology and industry trends to provide informed recommendations. Assist in promoting automotive sales and special offers to enhance customer engagement. Skills Strong knowledge of auto service management practices. Experience as a service technician or in a similar role is preferred. Familiarity with diesel engine repair and air brake systems is a plus. Proficient in vehicle maintenance procedures and auto estimating techniques. Excellent mechanical knowledge to understand repair processes effectively. Strong service writing skills to document customer interactions accurately. Ability to engage in automotive sales while providing exceptional customer service. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
