We're a busy, well-established shop known for quality work and treating both customers and employees right. If you take pride in diagnosing problems correctly the first time and doing repairs the right way, we'd love to talk to you. Responsibilities Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of vehicle makes and models Conduct routine services including oil changes, brake jobs, tire rotations, and fluid checks Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and engine issues using diagnostic equipment Provide accurate time for repairs Keep detailed and accurate records of work performed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers about vehicle issues Qualifications [3•5] years of automotive repair experience ASE certification preferred (Not necessary) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Own set of hand tools Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical training a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience [$20•$35/hour or flat rate] Paid time off Ongoing training and certification support Employee discounts on parts and services A supportive team environment
