What We're Looking For:
5+ years professional technician experience preferred Dealership experience strongly preferred Strong diagnostic ability on European vehicles Experience with factory-level scan tools (BMW ISTA, Mercedes Xentry, VAS, etc.) Ability to diagnose, repair, and test-drive vehicles independently Professional communication skills (occasional client interaction) Clean driving record Clean background
Drug-free Responsibilities:
Advanced diagnostics & drivability repair Engine, suspension, brake, and electrical repairs Accurate documentation of findings Maintain shop cleanliness and organization Support team efficiency and workflow
