What You'll Be Doing Perform routine lubrication, oil changes, and preventative maintenance on fleet and plant equipment Inspect machinery and vehicles to identify wear, leaks, and potential mechanical issues Maintain accurate service records and report findings to maintenance leadership Support equipment uptime by responding quickly to day-shift service needs Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a clean, organized work area What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to safely perform preventative maintenance tasks on mobile or fixed equipment Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and communicate equipment issues Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team Commitment to safety, reliability, and continuous improvement Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check, Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check, Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
