In this energetic position, you'll perform essential vehicle maintenance services, assist customers at the pump, and ensure a smooth, efficient operation of our service station. Your enthusiasm and mechanical skills will help keep vehicles running safely and customers satisfied every day. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your automotive expertise while providing top-notch service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Conduct oil changes, tire services, and basic vehicle maintenance using hand tools and power tools Assist customers with fueling their vehicles at the gas station, ensuring safety protocols are followed Perform Basic battery system and charging system diagnostics Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lube center and gas station area to promote safety and efficiency Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, explaining services, and offering product recommendations Assist with vehicle maintenance inspections, light repairs, and mechanical troubleshooting as needed Handle heavy lifting of tires, equipment, and supplies to support daily operations Qualifications Dealership or automotive repair experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems, including oil changes, as well as battery and charging systems Familiarity with automotive service tools such as hand tools and power tools Previous experience as a service technician or in automotive diagnostics is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and standing for extended periods Basic sales skills to promote additional services or products to customers A proactive attitude with a desire to grow your automotive knowledge and skills Join us in delivering reliable vehicle care while creating positive experiences for every customer.
