Full Job Description Description:
You'll be the primary point of contact for our service customers, guiding them through the repair and maintenance process from check-in to vehicle delivery. This is not an order-taking position. We are looking for someone who can build trust, identify customer needs, professionally present recommended maintenance and repairs, overcome objections, and confidently ask for the business.
Responsibilities include:
Greet customers and create an excellent first impression Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle needs Communicate with technicians throughout the repair process Review inspections and recommended services with customers Clearly explain the value and benefits of maintenance and repairs Present estimates confidently and professionally Follow up on declined services and open opportunities Maintain strong communication by phone, text, and in person Keep customers updated throughout their visit Build long-term customer relationships and repeat business Meet individual and departmental sales and customer-satisfaction goals
Requirements:
Strong communication and customer-service skills Sales-driven and comfortable asking for the business Competitive, motivated, and performance-driven Organized and able to manage multiple customers at once Positive, professional, and dependable Coachable and willing to follow a proven sales process Able to handle objections professionally Comfortable discussing pricing and repair recommendations Automotive service experience preferred, but not required Previous sales, retail, hospitality, wireless, insurance, or customer-facing experience is a plus Valid driver's license required
