Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive services. Your expertise in automotive diagnostics and customer service will help ensure that our clients receive the highest level of care and satisfaction. You will work closely with technicians to communicate service recommendations and manage the overall service experience.
What You'll Do:
Greet customers with a warm, professional attitude Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues Provide clear and concise service recommendations Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely repairs Communicate estimates, service updates, and timelines Maintain customer satisfaction throughout the repair process Ensure a clean and organized work area
What We're Looking For:
✅ Minimum 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role ✅ Strong customer service skills and a positive, professional attitude ✅ Basic automotive knowledge - enough to confidently explain services to customers ✅ Strong ability to upsell ✅ Excellent communication and time management skills ✅ A team player with a friendly and approachable personality ✅ Valid driver's license ✅ Clean background
