Cypress, Texas Job Overview Intercontinental Bearing Supply Company (IBSCO) is seeking a motivated Clean Room Technician to support operations in our ISO Class 6 cleanroom facility. IBSCO specializes in cleanroom lubrication, inspection, precision bearing servicing, and contamination-controlled packaging for aerospace, medical, defense, and high-tech industries. This role will assist with cleaning, disassembly, inspection, re-lubrication, assembly, and packaging of precision bearings and components under strict ISO cleanliness and traceability standards. Key Responsibilities Perform bearing disassembly and assembly using controlled procedures and proper tooling Clean, inspect, and prepare precision bearings and components prior to lubrication Apply lubricants per customer specifications and controlled processes Execute cleanroom packaging tasks including pill-strip, vial, and custom labeling formats Maintain strict adherence to ISO cleanroom protocols and contamination control practices Document all work activities to ensure traceability and quality compliance Follow safety, gowning, and cleanroom discipline requirements Support general cleanroom housekeeping and organization Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent Ability to follow detailed work instructions and assembly procedures Strong attention to detail and quality mindset Ability to work in a cleanroom environment with PPE and gowning requirements Reliable attendance and punctuality Preferred Experience with bearing disassembly, assembly, or precision mechanical components Prior cleanroom, manufacturing, aerospace, medical device, or lab experience Experience with inspection tools or precision handling processes Familiarity with ISO or contamination-controlled environments Physical Requirements Ability to sit or stand for extended periods Manual dexterity for handling small precision components and performing assembly tasks Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally Vision sufficient for inspection of small parts About
