Job Description
Need for an Experienced Outfitter / Truck accessories Technician or Installer Thor Offroad is located in Dripping Springs, TX. We are a Premiere Offroad Truck Accessories shop. Webuild the best trucks in Texas and do it with great products from the best brands, but more so we take extra pride in the installation. We are expanding and looking to add another motivated & experienced outfitter / technician to our team. We specialize in Suspension, wheels and tires, Electrical upgrades, air suspension, bumpers lights and more. Offering top level pay based on productivity level and overall skill set. 5 day work weeks, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, no weekends. If you are a beginner or only have a little experience this particular position may not be the best fit for you. But we do hire apprentice positions from time to time, so do not get discouraged. The most important things to us are Integrity in your work!!! Your ability to follow directions and do things the way we need them done or better will earn you a spot on this team. Strong work ethic and attention to detail are an absolute to making the team as well. If you do all of those things and you lack a great attitude and no teamwork skills you can NOT work here. We are picky on who we hire and we will be to keep the integrity of the team high so the Integrity of the work we perfom stays high. Responsibilities:
We outfit and modify a variety of makes and models with high end suspension and accessories. Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:- Installing Aftermarket Parts (grills, tires, bedcovers, lights etc)
- Replacing suspension kits (Carli, Fox, BDS, Cognito etc)
- Electrical installation (lights and modifications)
- Custom parts modification, light fabrication
- Tire mounting and balancing
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- Suspension and steering knowledge
- Troubleshooting capabilities - (mechanical and electrical)
- Good communication skills
- Valid driver's license
