In this energetic role, you'll be at the forefront of vehicle maintenance, performing essential tire services, oil changes, and minor repairs that keep our customers' vehicles running smoothly. Your mechanical expertise and proactive attitude will help deliver fast, reliable service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Perform tire replacements, rotations, balancing, and repairs with precision and care Conduct oil changes and automotive fluid replacements efficiently to ensure vehicle longevity Assist with wheel alignments and minor mechanical repairs to maintain optimal vehicle performance Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to identify issues and perform necessary repairs Conduct vehicle inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure safety standards are met Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and addressing customer questions Assist with heavy lifting and other physical tasks required for tire installation and maintenance Experience Dealership experience or automotive service background preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key Mechanic experience or familiarity with standard passenger car operation highly valued Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, mechanical repair, and vehicle maintenance techniques Hands-on experience with automotive fluid replacement, oil changes, tire service, and alignment procedures Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment effectively in a fast-paced setting Strong mechanical knowledge coupled with excellent customer service skills Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and perform routine maintenance tasks safely Join us as a Tire and Lube Technician where your passion for cars meets a vibrant team environment!
