Master Technicians:
Start at $2,500+/week (dependent on certifications/experience)
Paid Time Off:
10 days of Vacation per year (5 days available after just 90 days) + 6

Experience:
10+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
Diagnostic Skills:
Strong ability to accurately troubleshoot and resolve complex vehicle issues using advanced scanners and diagnostic equipment.
Skill Set:
Proficient in a wide range of repairs, including A/C systems, performance evaluation, heavy line (engine & transmission R&R), brakes, suspension, and steering.
Certifications:
Section 609 certification is required. ASE Certifications (specifically
ASE A1-A8
) or trade school graduation is highly preferred.
Basics:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, attention to detail, and a collaborative attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform accurate, efficient automotive diagnosis, repairs, and routine maintenance. Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections to identify additional safety or maintenance needs. Communicate clearly and effectively with Service Advisors regarding findings and repair recommendations. Keep your workspace clean and guide/assist newer technicians when needed.
