We're looking for an experienced full-time Lube Technician to join our team. If you're looking for a shop with steady work, a great team, and no weekend hours , we'd love to hear from you. We take pride in providing honest, high-quality repairs while maintaining a positive, team-oriented work environment.
The Role:
Conduct oil changes and automotive fluid replacements using standard hand tools and power tools Perform tire services such as rotations, replacements, and inspections to ensure optimal vehicle performance Assist with basic vehicle maintenance tasks including filter replacements and minor mechanical repairs Support automotive diagnostics to identify issues with passenger cars and perform necessary repairs or adjustments Execute wheel alignments and other mechanical repairs to maintain vehicle safety standards Use mechanical knowledge to assist in vehicle inspections and ensure compliance with safety protocols What We're Looking For Previous dealership or automotive service experience is highly preferred Hands-on mechanic experience with standard passenger cars is essential Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and mechanical repair techniques is a strong plus Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment required Knowledge of automotive fluid replacement procedures and tire service operations preferred Ability to perform light to moderate heavy lifting safely during maintenance tasks Handle heavy lifting safely when working on tires or other vehicle components Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, ensuring all tools are properly stored after use Pay Starting at $17 per hour , based on experience and qualifications Steady workflow with consistent work available Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM No weekends Benefits Competitive flag rate pay Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid holidays Health insurance available Dental insurance available Supplemental insurance options, including life insurance Stable, family-owned company with strong values Supportive, team-oriented work environment Steady workflow with a loyal customer base This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their career in automotive repair.
