Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Store Manager & Service Advisor to lead our automotive service center. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, manage customer service, and drive sales by recommending essential vehicle services. This role requires a strong technical background, leadership skills, and the ability to maximize profitability through service recommendations. Key Responsibilities -
Store Management:
Oversee daily operations of the automotive service center, ensuring efficiency and profitability. Manage and motivate a team of technicians, service advisors, and support staff. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve customer concerns professionally. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for parts and supplies. Track financial performance, including sales, expenses, and labor costs. Enforce operational policies, including cleanliness and workplace organization.
Service Advising & Sales:
Act as the primary service advisor, assisting customers with vehicle maintenance and repair needs. Conduct vehicle inspections and recommend necessary services based on findings. Communicate technical information to customers in an easy-to-understand manner. Provide accurate estimates, explain repair processes, and obtain customer approvals. Drive revenue growth by upselling services and maintenance plans. Work with technicians to ensure timely and quality repairs. Maintain accurate records of work orders, customer interactions, and invoices.
Requirements:
State Inspector License (Mandatory) ASE Certification or other relevant automotive industry certification (Preferred) Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive repair/service industry Previous experience as a Store Manager, Service Advisor, or similar role in an automotive service center Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair services Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively Experience in sales, particularly in upselling automotive services Proficiency with automotive shop management software and POS systems Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
