Hearne, TX 77859 Position Summary As anAutomotive Service Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction through accurate vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance. You will work closely with the Service Manager to monitor and improve service quality and productivity. Primary Responsibilities Troubleshoot customer concerns using the latest technical and administrative tools. Maintain a courteous and professional attitude toward all customers. Act as a secondary greeter to customers near the Service Drive. Stay current with technical publications, Service Comm, and Asist terminal systems. Ensure safe and reliable vehicle service, delivering quality work the first time. Address all original customer concerns before recommending additional services. Inspect every vehicle for additional maintenance opportunities based on factory and local guidelines. Return vehicles clean or cleaner than upon arrival. Participate in factory or in-house training programs as offered. Complete all required paperwork accurately and attach appropriate shop forms to repair orders. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Service Manager, ASM, or Group Leader. Arrive on time, ready to work, and in a clean uniform. Work Environment and Schedule This is a full-time position based in Hearne, TX. The work environment is professional, focused on continuous improvement and collaboration within the service team. Job Requirements:

Qualifications Experience performing warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair on various vehicle makes and models. Proven ability to achieve or exceed performance goals. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Professional appearance and strong work ethic. Positive attitude with a high-energy personality. Ability to read and understand technical instructions. Good judgment and decision-making skills. Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record. Education and Certifications High school diploma or equivalent required. ASE certification or equivalent technical aptitude required. Technical or trade school degree preferred.
