If you have at least 6 months of flagged production experience and are motivated by efficiency, quality work, and strong earning potential, this is an excellent opportunity to join a high-volume shop and accelerate your career! Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately, following dealership and factory standards Conduct comprehensive diagnostics, troubleshooting, and testing on automotive systems Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Road-test vehicles to verify successful repairs Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures Provide timely updates to service advisors on repair status and estimated completion times for customer communication. Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technology Uphold company values in all interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors

Required Qualifications:
