If you have 2+ years of customer service experience , strong attention to detail, and want to work in a professional environment where quality and reliability matter, this is for you. Full Description In this role, you'll perform Shine's vehicle cleaning and detailing services during scheduled Shine Days at assigned apartment communities in the Houston area. Locations and schedules are planned in advance, so you'll know what days you're assigned to each property. When possible, we try to assign technicians to properties close to their home area. Shine is looking for dependable team members with great attitudes, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. At least 2 years of customer service experience is required. No detailing experience is required. We'll train you on the Shine process. Shine operates as a resident vehicle care amenity, so professionalism, reliability, and respect for the property environment are important. Responsibilities Perform thorough exterior and interior cleaning services using Shine-approved products and procedures. Clean windows, wheels, tires, trim, and other visible vehicle surfaces. Follow Shine's service checklist, including taking required before and after photos. Report visible damage, unusual vehicle conditions, or service concerns before starting work. Set up, break down, and properly care for Shine equipment, supplies, towels, carts, cones, and signage. Maintain a clean, organized, quiet, and professional service area. Communicate respectfully with customers, property staff, and Shine team members. Experience At least 2 years of customer service experience is required. Prior experience in car wash, detailing, custodial work, hospitality, or another service-based role is preferred but not required. No detailing experience is required. Training will be provided. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers and property staff. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step procedures. Experience with buffing, polishing, or window tinting is a plus. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred for any driving responsibilities involved in the role.
