We're looking for a Recon Technician who is detail-oriented, hands-on, and ready to help transform our inventory into showroom-ready vehicles.

Role Responsibilities:
Perform used-vehicle reconditioning and cosmetic repairs Paint correction and minor paint repairs Wheel repair/touch-ups Interior and exterior detailing/reconditioning Identify and address cosmetic issues to get vehicles retail-ready Complete work efficiently while maintaining quality standards Work closely with the dealership and recon team to keep inventory moving
Employee Prerequisites:
Automotive reconditioning, detailing, or technician experience required. Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills. Strong attention to detail and quality standards. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
