Excellent phone skills are essential — you'll be the friendly, professional voice that gets customers in the door and keeps them coming back. What You'll Do Provide outstanding customer service and genuine hospitality. Build trust with customers through clear communication and education. Sell estimates and services with confidence and integrity. Support parts management and ensure smooth shop operations. Check in/out vehicles and perform quality control (QC) inspections. Assist with opening and closing procedures. Jump in wherever needed to support the team's success. What You'll Need Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry. A track record of high customer satisfaction and strong ARO performance . Professional communication skills — in person, over the phone, and in writing. Comfort using cloud-based software and managing digital workflows. A valid driver's license and ability to lift 30 lbs. Requirements:
What We're Looking For:
2+ year Service Advisor / Service Writer experience preferred 1+ year sales experience or demonstrated ability to sell services Strong customer service and relationship-building skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions Comfortable using computer systems and shop management software Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus High school diploma or GED required Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Work Environment This role operates within a professional automotive repair shop environment and requires the ability to: Stand for extended periods Lift up to 50 pounds when needed Drive vehicles for testing or operational purposes Work in a fast-paced environment with customer interaction Use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and shop software Supporting Employees Beyond the
