Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Quick Lube Technician to join our automotive service team. In this role, you will perform fast and efficient oil changes, tire rotations, fluid top-offs, basic vehicle inspections and repairs to ensure our customers' vehicles operate smoothly and safely. Your mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills will help maintain the highest standards of vehicle maintenance while providing excellent customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your automotive repair skills in a fast-paced environment dedicated to quality and efficiency. Responsibilities Conduct oil changes using appropriate oils, filters, and lubricants, ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications Perform tire services including rotations, replacements, and balancing to optimize vehicle safety and performance Assist with basic vehicle inspections to identify potential mechanical issues or safety concerns Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for routine maintenance tasks Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all tools are properly stored after use Communicate clearly with customers about services performed and recommend additional maintenance or repairs when appropriate Support other automotive service tasks such as fluid top-offs, filter replacements, and minor mechanical repairs as needed Experience Dealership experience or prior automotive repair background preferred Hands-on mechanic experience with automotive diagnostics and vehicle maintenance Familiarity with automotive service procedures including oil changes, alignments, tire service, and basic repairs Mechanical knowledge complemented by experience using hand tools and power tools in a fast-paced environment Service technician experience is a plus, especially in customer-facing roles involving vehicle servicing Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks required for vehicle maintenance Strong customer service skills with a proactive approach to assisting clients and explaining services offered Join us to be part of a team that values your skills, encourages growth, and promotes a lively work environment focused on delivering top-quality automotive care!
Pay:
$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
