Duties Assist mechanics with tire removal, installation, balancing, and alignment procedures to ensure optimal vehicle performance Support automotive repair tasks including oil changes, brake work, and basic mechanical repairs using hand tools and power tools Help with vehicle maintenance activities such as fluid top-offs, filter replacements, and general inspections Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency during tire service and repair operations Learn to diagnose basic automotive issues under supervision, gaining valuable experience in automotive diagnostics Assist with customer service by providing friendly support and explaining basic maintenance procedures when needed Support the team with heavy lifting of tires and vehicle parts to ensure smooth workflow Requirements Previous dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred Basic mechanical knowledge with familiarity using hand tools and power tools for vehicle maintenance tasks Experience in automotive diagnostics or service technician roles is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during tire service operations Strong interest in automotive service, tire work, and vehicle maintenance with a desire to learn more about the industry Excellent customer service skills to support positive interactions with clients Mechanical aptitude combined with a proactive attitude toward safety and teamwork Join us today to grow your skills in the automotive industry!
