Job Description

Position:
Service Advisor/Service Writer This position includes answering phone calls from customers and/or handling their concerns with their vehicles when they come in the office. It involves taking their information they provide and starting repair orders through our shop management software. Once the repair order is returned from the technicians it is the service writers job to update the customer with whatever news there might be. If estimates are needed, it is the service writers job to build the estimates through our shop management system and then relay the options to the customer. Further detail of job description can be provided at interview. Pay is determined on experience.
