Responsibilities:
Advanced Problem Solving:
Independently diagnose complex engine, drivability, electrical, CAN-bus, and HVAC issues—diagnosing accurately the first time rather than guessing or part-swapping.
Precision Repairs:
Perform advanced mechanical and electrical overhaul work efficiently to maintain an exceptionally low shop comeback rate.
Digital Inspection Reporting:
Produce thorough digital vehicle inspections (DVIs) with clear documentation to help service advisors explain needed repairs to customers.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 2+ years of verifiable experience working actively as an A-Level or Master-Level Automotive Technician.
Credentials:
Current ASE Master Certification status is strongly preferred.
Tools:
Ownership of a complete, professional personal toolset, including advanced diagnostic equipment and hand tools.
Legal:
Valid Texas driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record to execute vehicle road tests.
Advanced Equipment:
We offer full shop access to modern diagnostic scanners, subscription repair platforms (e.g., ALLDATA or Identifix)
Pay:
$24.89•$29.98 per hour
