This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building customer relationships, and are passionate about delivering an exceptional service experience. Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth customer experience Create transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimates Communicate with technicians and parts team to guarantee timely service completion Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicle Maintain strong product knowledge to assist with service needs and warranty information 1+ years of Automotive dealership Service Advisor experience is required. Interpersonal Communication skills Strong desire to provide an exceptional client experience High School Diploma or equivalent Must have a Valid Driver's License.
