Job Description:

Are you an experienced Automotive Technician with a knack for diagnosing and repairing vehicle issues? Do you have a passion for working on cars and delivering excellent customer service? If so, we want you to be part of our team! As an Automotive Technician at [Your Company Name], you will be responsible for:

Diagnosing and Repairing:

Conducting thorough diagnostics and performing repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension systems, and other vehicle components.

Maintenance:

Performing routine maintenance tasks including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks to keep vehicles running smoothly.

Customer Service:

Communicating clearly with customers about vehicle issues, repair needs, and service recommendations, ensuring their concerns are addressed and they are satisfied with the service provided.

Safety and Compliance:

Adhering to safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines to ensure all repairs and services are completed correctly and safely.

Documentation:

Maintaining accurate records of repairs, services performed, and parts used.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification from an accredited automotive program preferred. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and repair equipment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Excellent communication and customer service skills. ASE certification or similar credentials preferred. Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in various conditions.
