Experienced Automotive Repair Service Writer

Our team is dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for every customer who walks through our doors. We're looking for a friendly Service Writer who thrives in a fast paced environment and has outstanding customer service skills. Must have automotive experience. Duties Greet customers, answer phones and listen to their concerns in a polite and friendly manner, including accurately documenting service requests. Intake vehicles upon arrival. Clearly communicate with customers, explaining thoroughly their repair needs and costs. Communicate effectively between customers and technicians to ensure repairs and completed to expectation. Prepare accurate repair orders, estimate and invoices. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing prompt updates and resolving issues quickly. Help manage workflow and general office duties to keep shop operating smoothly. Accurately order parts. Qualifications Previous experience as a Service Writer, Service Advisor or in a customer facing automotive role is required. Strong communicate and interpersonal skills with a customer first mindset. Basic automotive knowledge and the ability to learn more technical details. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy environment. Proficiency with computers and repair shop software. Monday-Friday Work Week. Yearly Bonus.
